Manage Evaluations

Explanation

An evaluation represents the care level of a beneficiary. E-Care can handle both RAI/RUG and BESA evaluation. The evaluation system is defined on the institution under the ``Care Rating'' field.

Create an Evaluation

An evaluation line can be created manually calling the evaluation list selecting the Care menu from the beneficiary, or imported from an BESA file in an Excel format with the following columns:

> Beneficiary no : the E-Care number assigned to the beneficiary

> Valid From : the start date for this evaluation

> Minutes 1 : BESA Measure group 1 in minutes

> Minutes 2 : BESA Measure group 2 in minutes

> Minutes 3 : BESA Measure group 3 in minutes

> Minutes 4 : ...

> Minutes 5 :

> Minutes 6 :

> Minutes 7 :

> Care Level : the calculated Care Level based on current version of the BESA table defined in the institution

When you assign values manually, the care level is automatically computed.

Add the doctor's certificate in the factbox on the right. It will be printed the first time you invoice this level to the insurance.
