Role Center E-Care Foundation

Explanation​

The use of the E-Care Role Center is highly recommended. The various components and Cues available simplify the use the extension.

  • The Navigation Menu : Offers all necessary link for the daily work
  • The Navigation Bar : The most used features (to be improved)
  • The Action Bar (with Creation Area / Processing Area and Reporting Area) : Not designed actually
  • The Headline : needs some more intelligence
  • The Wide Data Cues : not designed actually
  • The Data Cues : Interesting numbers but not process related
  • The Action Cues : Everything about Importing
  • The Charts : not designed actually
  • The Card/List Part : only the Birthday List

Birthday list part​

The birthday list part show all upcoming birthday. THe People involved are [Employees], active beneficiaries and contact from [Industry Group] set in the E-Care Setup, as long as the birthday has been stated.

Activities cues​

4 cues show and offer direct link to several Contacts Lists. 3 cues display Specific calculations of the occupancy (Current | Weekly | Monthly). 2 cues show and offer direct link to Beneficiary without Evaluation and Inactive Beneficiary with Evaluation wich should always indicate 0, otherwise you have inconsistent values.
