Manage Contacts
Explanation
A contact is an address entity, can be a person or a company. Please see the standard Business Central help about CRM and contact management.
In E-Care, a contact is the entry point to create a beneficiary and it's related customer.
Special Fields
On the contact card, you have some E-Care specific fields:
- Birthday : Use it to manage birthday list for non-beneficiaries contacts
- Sort Name: internal usage

caution
in Business Central, a Customer can only be generate from a Contact of type Company, but as E-Care works mainly with Persons some features has been added to have Contact-Personal information in a Contact-Company card.
