Assign contacts to an addressbook
A contact in the addressbook is labelled using the name field.
The list of address Type must be defined first.
The industryGroup linked to the address type will be automatically assigned to the selected contact. When a contact is deleted from an addressbook, The system checks if the assigned industry group is still relevant, otherwise the group is removed form the contact.
Assign a start date to indicate which address to use in which period.
Avoid overlapping periods, always select an end date to the previous address.
Some Address Type are mandatory for E-Care to work well like insurance, public authority garantor (municipality or canton), which are considered as customer for related invoices and useful to get specific information.
There are some additional fields appearing on the bottom of the page when you select an insurance type address. You can enter the Police no, the Card number and the Card validity date.
