Manage Service Prices
Explanation
As a service can have different prices per Institution, per Beneficiary, per Canton, per Context, per unit of measure, for a period,... E-Care offers the possibility to define various prices according to multiple criteria.
Assign a Service Price
On the Service List or Service card, using the ribbon menu, select Service Price.
Fields description
A summary description of all available fields on the Service Price line.
Price fields
> Service code : it's just a reminder of the service you're working on
> Starting Date : the start date for this pricing
> Ending Date : the end date for this pricing
> Compl.Service Beneficiary : differenciate prices for CS beneficiary
> Sales Type : to which entities the price refers
Sales Type Options
> Organisation : price at Group/Holding level
> Country : price for a country
> Canton : price for a specific Canton
> Institution : price for the entire institution
> Beneficiary : price for a specific beneficiary
> Category : for a specifica category of objects
> Price Type Code : based on the [Sales Type], select the correct value
> Unit Of Measung Code : Unit of measure for the price at qunatity 1
> eneficiary Kind : the kind for this price
> Rule Context Code : the context for this price
> Price incl. VAT : or should E-Care calculate the VAT?
> Unit Price : here it is!
> LiMed Unity : LiMed unity to calculate the max permitted amount. Options: Max per Unit | Max per Month | Max per Year
> LiMed Max Insurance By Unity : Max amount paid by insurance. The difference will be invoiced to the beneficiary
caution
Avoid overlapping periods for the same configuration (criteria like UOM,Canton,Benef.Kind,Context...) or you'll get inconsistent prices.
