Manage Services Groups

Explanation

A service group includes a number of services of the same "family". The group can define the VCR Type for all services in that group.

caution

Important is to know that all the services of the same group will be charged by the same invoicing rule.

Assign a service group

On the service card, in the Service Group Code field, select the group value from the list.

Create a service group

Use Tell me and search for Service group and select HC Service group list. Now you can create a new Type, give a Code and edit the Description.

Specify the VCR Type Code by selecting the correct VCR typ if needed.
