Explanation

After running a settlement you observe a unexpected result. What could it be?

Questions or problems

One service is splitted on 2 lines with consecutive dates, but should be calculated on 1 line

  • The flag Group lines on the HC Service is not set. The verification is multi-criteria, one of the points being that the dates must be consecutive. (line 1: from 01.mm.yy to 14.mm.yy / line 2: from 15.mm.yy to 30.mm.yy)

A service is not selectable on the [Manual Service]

  • The flag Manual Correction is not set on the related HC Service.

A beneficiary is not present on the settlement

  • Check if the beneficiary is Active
  • Check if the beneficiary has an active Stay
  • Check if the beneficiary has not a disrupting Absence

Some services are not present on the settlement

  • Check if the corresponding Rule is active for this institution and for this period
  • Check if the HC Service is active for this institution
  • Check if the HC Service has an active price for the corresponding stay, beneficiary kind, unit of measure, institution, canton ,...

One service is not present on the settlement

  • Check if the HC Service is active for this institution
  • Check if the HC Service"* has an active price for the corresponding stay, beneficiary kind, unit of measure, institution, canton ,...

The service description is incorrect or in wrong language on the settlement

  • Check if the contact of the customer has a correct language code
  • Check if the HC Service has the correct description set for the context and language
  • Check if the Rule has set the Description Method set to [Service] and not [Manual] or [Specific], unless the choice of text to be used is [specific].
